We will go to the Pick-Up location and use a name or phone number to identify your order.
We ensure payment has been made for goods.
We will use thermal bags and safe driving to ensure the safety of the goods.
We will bring goods directly to your door and knock or ring the bell, and call or text if needed.
Please specify if you want NO-CONTACT drop or NO-KNOCK/RING.
*We are a FLAT FEE service, gratuities are not expected or required and if offered are considered gifts. Tipping to a business stays with the business, tipping to a courier stays with the courier
